FAQs
How early can we arrive for our party?
You may arrive before your scheduled party time, but party setup and hostess support begin at the scheduled time. If guests arrive early, a completed guest list must be provided for them to enter.
How many guests are included in the party packages?
All birthday party packages include admission and skate rental for 10 guests. Additional guests can be added for a per person fee depending on the package selected.
Can we bring outside food?
You may bring cake, presents, and balloons. No other outside food, candy, snacks, or goodie bags may be brought into the building. This includes parents and siblings.
What is the age limit for birthday parties?
Birthday parties at Butler Skateland are offered for children ages 12 and under.
Is the deposit refundable?
Once payment is made, there are no refunds. This applies to all party bookings.
Do parents of the birthday child have to pay?
Parents of the birthday child receive free skate rental. All other individuals entering the building must pay admission and skate rental unless they bring their own skates.
What if someone is not on the guest list?
Only guests included on the birthday party list are covered. Anyone not listed must pay regular admission and skate rental to enter.
Can we open gifts and have cake during the party?
Yes. We request that you open presents, serve cake, and enjoy ice cream during the last 30 minutes of your party time.
What is included in a private event rental?
Private events include access to the entire facility including the skate floor, arcade, bounce houses, sound system, and concessions. Our team can also help personalize your event if needed.
Can we host an event that is not a birthday party?
Yes. We host a variety of private events including graduations, school groups, fundraisers, sports teams, and more.
How long do party sessions last?
Party durations vary based on the public skate session you are booked into. Timing details will be shared during booking to ensure you have the full party experience.
